Cottage & Dutch Barn

The Colonial Quaker has an 18” front, 4” rear, and 6” side overhangs, Colonial Cottage has 4” front and rear with 6” gable ends giving both a real colonial America look. Standard on this building is a set of double doors, 2 windows with wide trim, wide corner trim, architectural shingles, and gable vents. The floor is constructed of 2x4s 16” on center with 5/8” exterior plywood. The 2x4 walls and roof rafters are also spaced 16” on center with 1/2” exterior plywood under the shingles. This building is available with only 5/8” Duratemp T1-11 wood siding. Available in sizes in 2’ increments of 6x6-8’, 8x8-16’, 10x10-24’, 12x12-40’ and 14x14-40’(Cottage).

The Classic Quaker & Cottage are similar to the Colonials. The main differences are the overhangs which are 18” front, 6” rear, and 10” gable ends on the Quaker and 6” front and rear with 10” gable ends for the Cottage. Standards are the same with the exception of both Duratemp siding and Vinyl siding. Vinyl sided Classics have painted wooden doors and trim. Available in sizes in 2’ increments of 8x10-16’, 10x10-24’, 12x12-40’ and 14x14-40’(Cottage).

The Elite Cottage has 10” eave and 12” gable overhangs, looks impressive in any yard. This building stands 15’10” from ground to peak. Standard on this building is a set of double doors, 2 windows with wide trim, wide corner trim, architectural shingles, and gable vents. The floor is constructed of 2x6s 12” on center with 5/8” exterior plywood. The 2x4 walls and roof rafters are also spaced 16” on center with 1/2” exterior plywood under the shingles. This building is available with 5/8” Duratemp T1-11 wood siding, Clapboard, or Vinyl siding. Vinyl sided building has painted wooden doors and trim. Available in sizes in 2’ increments of 8x10-16’, 10x10-24’, 12x12-40’ and 14x14-40’.

The Elite Dutch Barn has 10” eave and 12” gable overhangs, the high roof line makes this building a great workshop or office for a home business. This building stands 17’10” from ground to peak. Standard on this building is a set of double doors, 2 windows with wide trim, wide corner trim, architectural shingles, and gable vents. The floor is constructed of 2x6s 12” on center with 5/8” exterior plywood. The 2x4 walls and roof rafters are also spaced 16” on center with 1/2” exterior plywood under the shingles. A second floor can be added. This building is available with 5/8” Duratemp T1-11 wood siding, Clapboard, or Vinyl siding. Vinyl sided building has painted wooden doors and trim. Available in sizes in 2’ increments of 8x10-16’, 10x10-24’, 12x12-40’ and 14x14-40’.
