Standards include a set of double doors, 2 windows with vinyl shutters, and gable vents. The floor is constructed of  2x4s 16” on center with 5/8” exterior plywood. The 2x4 walls and roof rafters are also spaced 16” on center with 1/2” exterior plywood under the shingles. This building is available with 5/8” Duratemp T1-11 wood siding or vinyl siding backed by 1/2” plywood and available in a variety of colors. Steel doors are standard on all vinyl buildings at no additional charge. Available in sizes in 2’ increments of 6x6-12’, 8x8-16’, 10x10-24’, 12x12-40’, and 14’x14-48’.

By adding a 4’x8’ porch, you can create a Pool  House, Cabana or Manor . This is a great idea for a pool side changing room or to store pool supplies and  accessory.
