The Mini Barn is the most economical building we have available. It’s frame work is constructed of 2x3s spaced 24” on center for the walls and rafter. 2x4s are used 16” on center with 5/8” plywood for the floor, and one window in the rear. The roof is constructed with 1/2” exterior plywood and 25 yr 3-tab shingles. Available only with 1/2” Duratemp T1-11 on the exterior and painted with exterior latex paint. Available in sizes 6’x6’-8’, 8’x8’-16’, 10’x10’-24’.

The Deluxe Barn is more heavy duty and available in larger sizes than the Mini Barn. Standard features include; 2x4 framing spaced 16” on center in the walls. rafters are framed with 2x4s and 2x6s spaced 16” on center for added support, 2x4s 16” on center are used with 5/8” plywood for the floor, available with 5/8” exterior painted Duratemp wood T1-11 or Dutchlap Vinyl siding with 1/2” plywood backer, and one window in the rear. The roof is constructed with 1/2” exterior plywood and 25 yr 3-tab shingles. Available in sizes 6x6-8’, 8x8-16’, 10’x10-24’, 12x12-24’.

The High Wall Deluxe Barn features 6” high side walls. Standard features include; 2x4 framing spaced 16” on center in the walls. rafters are framed with 2x4s and 2x6s spaced 16” on center for added support, 2x4s 16” on center are used with 5/8” plywood for the floor, available with 5/8” exterior painted Duratemp wood T1-11 or Dutchlap Vinyl siding with 1/2” plywood backer, and one window in the rear. The Dutch Colonial with 6’6” side walls makes a very spacious overhead space.
