Text Box: Features of our buildings: · The floor system consists of 2x4 framing 16" on center with 5/8" exterior plywood supported by lifetime warranty Pressure Treated 4x4s. · 2x4 16” on center studding in the walls, and ceiling rafters (except Mini Barn, which has 2x3s 24” on center) · Double 1/2” plywood gussets on the ceiling rafters for added strength. · 1/2” roofing plywood with 25-yr shingles available I seven colors and trimmed off with aluminum drip edge. · All framing components are nailed, not stapled and made from the highest quality materials available. · All plywood, no particleboard or waferboard materials. · 5/8” T1-11 Duratemp siding with long lasting exterior latex paint. Trimmed with 1x3 solid vinyl and color matched aluminum corners available in 12 colors. · Dutchlap vinyl siding backed by 1/2” plywood and available in a variety of colors. All trim is wrapped in aluminum for maintenance free building.

Our kit form Gazebos can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States by common carrier.
